First one should clean the fish thoroughly and make sure to remove all the scales. Then remove the intestines and organs from inside it and wash it properly. The apply the necesarry ingredients like salt and spice and let it marinate for some hours. Ans then fry it in hot oil or in the barbeque grill. The tasty fish fry is ready.
